Hepatic Steatosis (Light Micrograph)

Light micrograph of a section of liver tissue affected by steatosis (fatty liver). This condition leads to the accumulation of triglycerides (which appear as white spaces in micrograph) in liver cells due to abnormal lipid metabolism.
