Necrolytic Migratory Erythema

This photo shows necrolytic migratory erythema on the legs of a 55-year-old patient. This rash is caused by a tumor in the cells of the pancreas that produces excessive amounts of glucagon. This overproduction leads to necrolytic migratory erythema.
