坐位的腿伸展

坐于地面上将膝关节伸直并轻度屈曲(不是绷紧)并且双腿尽可能分开。将双手放于同一膝关节上。缓慢地将双手滑向踝关节。如果出现疼痛就停下来,不要超过可舒适地保持 10 秒钟的位置。缓慢恢复至坐位。用另一条腿重复此动作。每条腿做此训练 10 次。
