耳下腺腫瘍
この患者には，右側に大きな耳下腺腫瘍がある。皮膚の白色丘疹は偶発的な所見であり，イチゴ腫（梅毒トレポネーマ［Treponema pallidum］亜種pertenueが引き起こす慢性の皮膚感染症）によるものである。
