放線菌腫
放線菌腫
ノカルジア症による放線菌腫は，皮膚および皮下組織，筋膜，ならびに（本症例にみられるような）骨を破壊性に侵す緩徐進行性の感染症である。放線菌腫は小結節として始まり，化膿して筋膜表面に沿って広がり，慢性瘻孔から排膿する。
