悪性卵巣腫瘤の超音波所見
この卵巣腫瘤は，無エコーの嚢胞性腫瘤内部のエコー源性の充実性成分（矢印で示す）の存在により悪性が示唆される。ドプラ検査でこの充実性成分内の血流を示すことで，これが悪性の充実性成分であることが確定する。
