ヒルシュスプルング病
この下部消化管造影では，脾弯曲部までの無神経節症が認められる。腸管の無神経節領域（右側）は狭小化して攣縮がみられるのに対し，神経支配が正常な口側腸管（上部）は拡張して便で充満している。
