このタイプのカポジ肉腫は悪性度の高いがんで、HIVの感染者に発生します。皮膚、口（この写真では上の歯肉に写っている）、消化管、およびリンパ節に発生します。青色または紫色の斑点、皮疹、または隆起が現れます。
