Questo paziente ha un voluminoso tumore alla ghiandola salivare parotide destra. Le papule biancastre sulla pelle sono un reperto accidentale dovuto a framboesia (un'infezione cutanea cronica causata da Treponema pallidum della sottospecie pertenue).
