Symptoms

Unilateral lower limb pain (3 points)

Hemoptysis (2 points)
Signs

Heart rate <75 beats per minute (0 points)

Heart rate 75 to 94 beats per minute (3 points)

Heart rate ≥95 beats per minute (5 points)

Pain (tenderness) on palpation of lower limb deep venous structure and unilateral edema (4 points)
