General
: Overall, has felt well the past several days. Pain "came out of nowhere." Denies subjective fevers or chills.
Skin
: Denies rashes, itching, or lesions.
HEENT
: Noncontributory
Pulmonary
: Noncontributory
Cardiovascular
: Denies palpitations, chest pain, or dyspnea with exertion.
Gastrointestinal
: Nausea since pain started, no vomiting. No abdominal pain. Bowel movements have been normal but none since pain began.
Genitourinary
: No dysuria, hematuria, frequency or urgency, or penile discharge.
Musculoskeletal
: Noncontributory
