Orbital Cellulitis
Redness and swelling of the eyelid may occur with both preseptal (periorbital) cellulitis and orbital cellulitis. However, marked bulging of the eye (proptosis), which is particularly visible from overhead (top photo), suggests orbital cellulitis.
